Tracking Our Volunteer Hours

We know that when we volunteer our time we do it for the love of the resource and completely altruistic reasons....

HOWEVER...

Each year the Chapter is required to submit a Chapter Financial Report to Trout Unlimited. This is to cover the time from April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023. This is comprised of an annual report from the treasurer of our financials, and an accounting of the volunteer hours of our members. If you have spent any time volunteering for the chapter – representing us at meetings, working on a stream project, working at a show, helping the DEC electrofish, etc., we need to report it. If you have taken part in any activity – such as those – which had a leader or organizer, they have kept track of the hours and will submit them. Scott Cornett gives me a list of people who have helped with electrofishing, so you don’t need to report those. If you have done anything else where you have been representing the chapter or its interests, please send a number of hours and what it was for to Chuck Godfrey at steelheader03@hotmail.com It doesn’t have to be accurate to the minute, just an approximation. We’d like to have these by April 15th, so we can get the report compiled and submitted by May 15h.
