On August 10th a group of kids and adults took part in a macro-invertebrate study on 18 Mile Creek as part of WNYTU's Stream Explorer Program. TU biologist Kyle Glenn took us through the process of collecting specimens from under the rocks and mud that is the bed of 18 Mile Creek and showed us how scientists can determine the health of a waterway by the bugs that live in that waterway.
